CBD FULL SPECTRUM CRUDE OIL
We use 100% USA grown Department of Agriculture licensed and approved pesticide free hemp in our proprietary large scale high throughput cryo-ethanol extraction with 100% pure food grade ethanol. Extraction with food grade ethanol yields a full spectrum extract with up to 113 cannabinoids which aids in the synergistic activity of those phytocannabinoids to exert an excellent pharmacological activity for the consumer.
Ethanol is superior as it contains both polar and nonpolar parts and can dissolve both hydrophilic and hydrophobic molecules. Ethanol’s polar group dissolves hydrophilic compounds like chlorophyll, pigments, and tannins. Whereas Ethanol’s nonpolar group works with the hydrophobic components like plant waxes/lipids, oils, cannabinoids, terpenes and any other substance that is present inside or on the outside of the plant.
Once the material is extracted, it is run through our proprietary filtering system and scrubbed several times resulting in an incredibly clean and pure full spectrum hemp crude oil that can be used in many products and applications or can be further distilled or separated in chromatography. CBD potency results 55%-65% is typical.
CBD Full Spectrum Distillate Oil
Our premium Full Spectrum crude oil is further refined using distillation as this is a primary refinement used in most CBD products since Full Spectrum contains up to 113 cannabinoids and terpenes and significant quantities of other studied cannabinoids including CBG, CBC and THC. The resulting material is golden in color and has potency ranging from 65% – 80% and higher.
Bulk Full Spectrum distillate is used in a variety of consumer goods such as tinctures, lotions, balms, gel caps, topicals, patches, creams and similar products. It can also be used in further refinement for clients looking to secure supply chain processing needs.
CBD Full Spectrum Distillate Powder
Our premium Full Spectrum water compatible powder utilizes our Full Spectrum distillate and infusion with a liposome powder. The resulting material is a light and fluffy powder that offers many application options for a Full Spectrum product where oil isn’t an option. Potency output is custom and can range from 10% – 90% depending upon the client needs. Applications can range from sweetener packers, coffee infusion, cooking, pet food, vitamin capsules, food seasoning and the options go on and on. This allows utilization of more than 113 cannabinoids in Full Spectrum without limitations of oil in certain applications.
CBD Broad Spectrum Distillate Oil
Our premium Full Spectrum distillate oil is further processed using chromatography to isolate and separate THC from the oil. The resulting material is golden in color and has potency options ranging from 55% – 80% and higher and compliant levels or lower of THC. Broad Spectrum is the end product, retaining some of the 113 cannabinoids and eliminating THC from the end product.
Bulk Broad Spectrum distillate is used domestically and internationally in a variety of consumer goods such as vape cartridges, tinctures, lotions, balms, gel caps, topicals, patches, creams and similar products. It can also be used in further refinement for clients looking to secure supply chain processing needs or to enter more restricted markets.
CBD Crystallized Isolate
100% USA grown industrial hemp is processed and isolated to 99+% Pure CBD (Cannabidiol) crystals. This product is in the Crystalline (Powdered) form making it extremely easy to work with as an ingredient. This Pure CBD Isolate Powder can be used for mixing in drinks, cooking, topical formulations, tincture formulation, vape cartridges, and a variety of zero THC production needs.
